ABOUT THIS SITE
About Rice Purity Quiz
Rice Purity Quiz offers a free 100-question Rice Purity Test and our own shorter, 20-question version. Neither requires an account.
Choose a short quiz or the full checklist
The quick version takes about a minute and uses 20 questions selected from the full list. Choose the 100-question version if you want the complete checklist. Both are for adults aged 18 and over, and neither has a time limit.
Your first full test can pick up your quick answers. Each version has its own score, so a quick result is not an estimate of the full one.
No signup or payment
You can take either test, see your score, and download a result card without giving us your name, email address, or payment details.
There are currently no ads. If we add advertising, we will update the privacy notice to explain which services are used.
Your answers stay in your browser
The browser calculates your score and creates your result image. It saves progress for the current tab when storage is available. We do not receive your answers or publish personal results. The Privacy Notice explains storage and what happens when you choose to share.
An independent site
This site is independently operated and is not affiliated with Rice University. The full checklist starts with lighter topics. Our current question-bank version is 2026-11-06.
The test is for entertainment. It is not a scientific assessment of personality or character. For help reading a result, see the Score guide.
How to take the test
- Choose Yes or No for each experience. Go back whenever you want to change an answer.
- Finish every question to see your score immediately. The quick quiz has 20 questions; the full test has 100, with a separate score.
- Keep your result private, save an image, or choose to share it. Individual answers never appear on the card.
The quick version is a short starting point; the full version gives you the complete checklist. Compare their formulas and limits in the Score guide.
Common questions
What is the Rice Purity Test?
The Rice Purity Test, also called the Rice Purity Quiz, is a 100-question checklist about relationships, sex, alcohol, and other experiences. Each Yes lowers your score from 100. This independent site also offers its own 20-question quick version. Both are for adults and are meant for entertainment.
How is my Rice Purity score calculated?
You start at 100. In the quick quiz, each Yes subtracts 5 points. In the full test, each Yes subtracts 1 point. No does not subtract points, and every question must be answered before a score is shown.
Is the 20-question score the same as the full score?
No. Our quick quiz uses 20 selected questions and gives each Yes five times the weight it has in the full test. The two versions can give you different scores. Check the version on the card when comparing results.
Can I continue from the quick quiz to the full test?
Yes. On your first visit to the full test, your quick answers are carried over to the matching questions. If you already have full-test progress, that progress is restored instead. You can edit any answer.
Are my answers private?
The test calculates your score in your browser and does not send your answers or score to our server. Your progress stays in this tab when browser storage is available. If you share a result card, it shows your score and Yes count, but no individual answers.
What does a high or low score mean?
A higher score means fewer Yes answers; a lower score means more. For example, 80 on the full test means 20 Yes answers out of 100. There is no passing score, and the number does not measure your character or maturity.
